This programme was designed for the leaders of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited and held in Pokhara, bringing senior bank leaders together away from their daily routines to focus on one of the most important qualities of modern leadership: resilience. In a banking environment shaped by constant change, regulatory expectations and the demands of serving customers, leaders are called upon to remain steady, make sound decisions and keep their teams confident. The session invited participants to look at how they respond to pressure and uncertainty, and how their example influences the people they lead.
Through interactive discussion, reflective exercises and practical scenarios, participants explored what it takes to recover from setbacks, manage stress and sustain energy over the long term, while continuing to guide and inspire others. They shared experiences with fellow leaders, learned from one another’s approaches and identified practical steps for building resilience in themselves and in their teams. The programme left the bank’s leaders with greater self-awareness, a stronger toolkit for leading through difficult times and a renewed sense of confidence in guiding their teams towards shared goals.
