This leadership programme is built on a simple but powerful idea: effective leadership begins within. Rather than starting with techniques, the training invited participants to look first at themselves, exploring their values, strengths, habits and blind spots, and recognising how personal responsibility and self-awareness form the foundation of the way they influence others. This inside-out approach made the learning deeply personal and lasting.
Once this foundation was laid, participants explored how self-awareness translates into better communication, stronger relationships and more thoughtful decision-making within their teams.
