This professional course was designed for Class III officers of the Government of Nepal, who play an important role in turning policy into action and in managing the people and processes of public service. The programme introduced core principles of management and personal and professional development, helping participants think about how they plan, organize, lead and grow in their roles within a complex public institution.
Through lectures, discussions and practical exercises, participants explored topics such as leadership, communication, decision-making and self-development.
