This interactive programme was created to strengthen collaboration, trust and communication within the mission’s team. Participants took part in engaging, experience-based activities that revealed how they naturally work together, where misunderstandings arise and how stronger connections can be built. The informal, energetic setting allowed colleagues to see one another in a fresh light and to step beyond their usual roles and routines.
Following each activity, guided reflection helped the team translate what they had experienced into practical lessons for daily work, including listening more openly, sharing information more clearly and supporting one another more consistently. The session built a warmer, more trusting atmosphere and gave participants shared experiences to draw upon in the weeks that followed. The team returned to work more cohesive, more communicative and better equipped to meet shared goals together.
