This programme was created for in-house trainers who share knowledge and skills with colleagues across a leading communications company. It focused on the craft of training itself, helping participants understand how adults learn, how to design sessions that hold attention and how to turn technical expertise into clear, engaging learning experiences. Participants studied what separates a good presenter from a truly effective facilitator.
Through hands-on practice, peer feedback and guided coaching, trainers developed their presentation skills, learned to manage group dynamics and practised techniques for encouraging participation and handling challenging questions.
