This programme explored two closely connected ideas: that leadership shapes culture, and that culture, in turn, shapes performance. Participants examined their own leadership practice and discussed how everyday behaviours, such as how decisions are made, how feedback is given and how people are recognised, quietly define the character of an organization. The session invited them to reflect on the culture they currently have and the culture they wish to build.
Through group exercises, case discussions and open dialogue, the team identified shared values and practical steps to make those values visible in daily work. Participants learned how leaders can model the behaviours they hope to see, encourage openness and build stronger bonds across the organization. The programme concluded with a shared vision of a more cohesive, purposeful and collaborative culture, and with practical commitments to help bring it to life.
