Mr. Dipankar Sherpa

Mr. Dipankar Sherpa is the Founder and CEO of Rock Solid Business Solution, a company built on a simple belief: every organization deserves a strong, dependable foundation to grow on. He leads the company's vision and strategy, and he takes real pride in building partnerships founded on trust and honest advice.

With 21 years of experience in consulting, training, teaching and academic leadership, Mr. Sherpa has supported Nepali and international institutions in strengthening their people, systems and standards. His experience across the classroom and the consulting table gives him a gift for explaining complex ideas simply and bringing out the best in every team he works with.

He holds an MPhil in Education Leadership from Kathmandu University, an MBA in Marketing from Ballarat University, Australia, and a BSc (Honors) in Computer Studies from Sunderland University, U.K. He is also a certified trainer (Malaysian Ministry of Human Resources HRDF; ENCORE, Erasmus+) and an ISO 9001 QMS Lead Auditor (IRCA UK and SIRIM). Clients and colleagues alike value his warmth, clarity and commitment to lasting results.

Ms. Radhika Khadka

Ms. Radhika Khadka is the heart of day-to-day operations at Rock Solid Business Solution. With 7 years of experience, she makes sure every project is carefully planned, delivered on time and held to a high standard, so clients can count on a smooth and dependable experience.

She coordinates the team's workflow with patience and care, keeping communication clear and everyone aligned. Her calm, organized approach helps the team work well together and helps clients feel confident that nothing is overlooked.

Ms. Khadka holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a Finance specialization and is currently a candidate for the Global Master of Business Administration at Glasgow Caledonian University. This blend of financial understanding and management training shapes her practical, thoughtful approach to planning, resources and problem-solving.

Ms. Sharada Sunuwar

Ms. Sharada Sunuwar is often the first person our clients meet, and she makes sure that first experience is a warm and welcoming one. With 10 years of experience, she serves as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them from the first inquiry through onboarding and ongoing support.

She listens carefully, responds with empathy and takes the time to understand what each client truly needs. Her goal is simple: for every client to feel heard, informed and well looked after at every stage.

Ms. Sunuwar holds a Master of Arts in Psychology (Clinical) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Work. This background gives her a deep understanding of people and communication, helping her build lasting relationships based on trust and turn client needs into practical, timely solutions.

Mr. Sunil Lama

Mr. Sunil Lama is the Legal & Compliance Manager at Rock Solid Business Solution, bringing 12 years of experience in legal compliance, documentation and risk management. He helps the company and its clients meet their legal and regulatory obligations with clarity and confidence.

With a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master's in Crisis Management Studies, Mr. Lama takes a careful, risk-aware approach to every file, spotting concerns early and guiding clients toward sound decisions. He explains complex requirements in clear, simple terms and handles sensitive matters with discretion and care.

His academic background is unusually broad. He is an M.Phil. scholar in Psychology and holds a Master of Arts in Psychology (Clinical) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Work. This gives him a genuine understanding of people as well as procedures, and clients value his thoughtful, reassuring manner.
